i have not felt this low in a long time. i cant even begin to tell you why i feel this way, not because i dont understand - just for fear of giving to much information. for the past few nights i have been thinking about it. thinking about how i wish everyone who loved me would forget about me so that i could just go away. i was thinking about going away. not on a trip. i thought i could make life better for others if i did. it would be easer then living. its not the first time i have thought about it. this was the closest i got though. dont worry i am pretty much chicken all the time- i know it wont really happen. but i was scared and wanted someone to hold my hand and there was nobody.

Well Stef, we aren't going to forget about you so that is out of the question. And I don't believe it would make anyone's life easier of you weren't around. You would be missed and everyone who knew and loved you would grieve for you.
If we could hold your hand and comfort you, we would...and wouldn't hesitate for a moment. We care for you deeply and I know that isn't the same as having people physically around you to help you through the tough spots in life.I pray you can seek out people who you can trust to see you through the tough times that you are having.
Please know we care about you, Stef, and don't want any harm to come to you. You are loved and cared for by many people. Don't forget that.
OK sweetie, you have me scared. Trust me, I have been in that dark place and I know how hard it is to get past that. I hope you find someone you can talk to about this.
